Amare Global Has Announced the Acquiring of Kyäni, Inc.

Amare Global, a mental wellness brand, announced the acquisition of Kyäni, a global leader in various health and wellness products.

Both brands are based on a direct sales model, and Amare Global plans to expand its reach globally in the industry’s mental health and wellness sector with this new acquisition.

Amare Global has had significant growth over the last year, tripling its partner growth and doubling its revenue and customer reach; Kyäni enters a pivotal time to help Amare Global push its products globally.

About Amare Global

Amare Global, The Mental Wellness Company, The Mental Wellness Company, is a leader in holistic wellness through the gut-brain axis. Amare Global’s products are patented and have won multiple awards because of their gut microbiome and gut-brain-axis science.

This direct sales brand has multiple products with clinically studied ingredients and blends to help with overall wellness and mental well-being.

Amare comes from the word ‘love’ in Latin, and love is the universal language, making love a core value for Amare Global. The company strives to bring others together, drive the mental wellness revolution, and strengthen others and its customers through core values.

Core Values of the Brand

Amare Global has multiple core values that drive the company to reach its goal of leading the mental wellness revolution and caring for its customers. Through its company values, mission, and vision, it hopes to teach others how to love themselves, live extraordinary lives, and make a difference for others.

Love

Love is the first of Amare’s company values. As mentioned above, it is the inspiration for the brand’s name and a driving force to help others live extraordinary lives.

Amare Global wants to help others learn to love their mind, body, and spirit. Through the company’s platform, the connection of people, and products, it believes in empowering people to love themselves first, and that loving others will follow.

Integrity

Amare focuses on integrity in an industry that can be cutthroat and has a bad rap. Instead, they build trust with partners and customers and hold integrity as one of their fundamental values.

The Amare Global website says, “every aspect of our products and business practices show the integrity the Amare Global community was founded upon.”

Innovation

Alongside integrity and love is innovation. As Amare Global focuses on its goal to be the leading mental wellness company, they value innovation and continually focuses on advancements in health and technology, knowing that these bring great success.

Service

The company is driven by the ability to serve others. Their award-winning products are centered around helping others to be their best selves to serve others better. Amare Global knows that their products change lives; as they change lives, they serve others.

Humility

Amare’s last core value is humility. The company knows it is taking on a big project and goal to help change the mental wellness world. Part of that is being the best in the industry but also focusing on humility and the slight difference they contribute worldwide.

Overall, Amare Global focuses its efforts and sticks to its mission, “to create a holistic mental wellness platform of products, programs, and people.” By doing this, they envision the ability to lead the global mental wellness revolution.

Amare Global Acquiring Kyäni And Plans Moving Foward

Although Amare Global is a newer company founded by Hiep Tran in 2018, it has had tremendous growth and success. It acquired Kyäni to continue along that trend and expand its global presence.

Tran founded the company after battling mental and physical fatigue from experiencing burnout in the business world. Through his own experience, he has taken a more holistic approach to wellness to help others fighting the same or other battles.

With his announcement of the acquisition, Tran said, “Today, we welcome the incredible Kyäni community into our Amare community with open arms. When I founded this company five years ago, I hoped to share the benefits of mental wellness and financial opportunity with the world.”

Tran continues, “our full company name is Amare Global, and this acquisition and strategic partnership will allow us to fulfill the global vision I’ve always had for Amare at a more accelerated rate. It was also imperative that Kyäni’s values and mission aligned with our own, and we feel confident they do.”

Amare Global welcomes Kyäni with open arms. Carl Taylor and co-founders Kirk and Jim Hansen have developed a strong health brand focused on bringing people hope and wellness worldwide. Sadly, co-founders and brothers Kirk and Jim Hansen passed away in a tragic accident in 2019.

“Myself, Kirk, and Jim never wavered on our values of integrity, loyalty, and hard work. As we’ve been searching for the right next step for Kyäni, I wanted to make sure the vision of Kyäni could continue forward and set our Business Partners up for optimal success. It’s no mistake we ended up at Amare Global, whose name translates to ‘love.’ I’m so grateful for the employees, customers, and Business Partners who’ve been on this journey with us. I believe this strategic partnership with Amare will help propel Kyäni forward into an exciting new chapter and further fulfill our mission of bringing hope, health, and wellness to the world”, says Carl Taylor.

Rebecca Hansen and LeAnn Hansen, widows of Kirk and Jim Hansen, will continue as shareholders of Amare. Carl Taylor will also remain an Amare shareholder and serve on Amare’s board of directors.

Together, Amare Global believes that they can continue to create ripple effects across the industry as they focus on holistic health, mental wellness, and building a global community.
